You may track your parcel by entering shipping number supplied by us on dispatch of your order. Note Orders and stock with in the United States 1 to 2 working days if Stock is sent from outside the Untied States 2 to 3 working days for delivery.
How Are Your Products Shipped?
In Most cases Diamonds.hk uses the 24-72 hour FedEx Express global delivery service for our shipping because it is Reliable, Guaranteed, Efficient, Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses given by clients, customs delays or agreements reached between the buyer/receiver and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery. If the item is lost or not delivered with in a reasonable time Original-Diamonds.com will notify client and resend order if acceptable by both parties.
Insurance
Insurance? The goods are fully insured until receiver accepts and signs for delivery.
Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?
Unfortunately, no. For your security, FedEx requires a physical (street) address for door-to-door delivery.
Costs
How Much Does It Cost? All parcels to a Maximum value of USD $25000.00, no matter how many items, will be shipped anywhere in the world for the flat rate of US$70 per shipment including insurance. This price is quoted on top of your purchase price and covers the costs for shipping goods from any of international offices to any address World Wide. For Goods valued over USD $25000.00 we individual quote and respond to logistics.

What About Customs Charges? Please be aware that you may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
